About Me	In 1974, I wanted to know why differing ideologies caused such vicious responses from some people. I decided to study them for myself. When I finished reading The Communist Manifesto, Animal Farm, Brave New World, 1984, Das Kapital, Mein Kampf, Plato's Republic, Moore's Utopia, and other political writings, I concluded that human nature would prevent any socialist system from working. Nothing I have seen since has made any centralized government seem like a good idea. The USSR fell. China has embraced capitalism. Cubans escape. Why do so-called intellectuals still promote it? They lust for power. True power, true freedom, and true prosperity come from only One Source: The God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Knowing Him comes from knowing His Word. I still read politics, but I read the Word more.
