About Me	I went to school to be a Lab Tech, did that for 5 years. Married the sweetest man that ever drew a breath. I left the hospital when I was pregnant with our oldest, and wanted to finish my RN after our youngest was born, but my Mom had health issues and I don't believe in day care. I stayed home and took care of my Mom until she died in October of 2000. I started substitute teaching and found that I still loved working in the Library (like I did in HS) and am now at Wheatfield Elementary working towards my degree in Library Sciences. I was fortunate enough to have my father to take care of until March of 2008. But since my son Dakota is 15, my daughter Nina is almost 14, my husband Mark is a Firefighter / Paramedic for the city of Valpo and always gone, I needed something to need me to take care of it, so we got a dog. And not just any dog, either. She's an Olde English Bulldogge and is the sweetest baby I've ever seen. Her name is Matilda Mae Tinkerbelle, weighs 57 lbs. now, and thinks she's my lap warmer.
