Conspiracy theorist, former 8chan administrator, and alleged author of QAnon posts[12]

What is Ron Watkins (2005) known for?

Born in 1987, Ron Watkins is best known for his involvement in several widespread conspiracy theories and as an administrator of the imageboard website, 8kun (previously 8chan). Born to a military father, Jim Watkins, who also happens to own and operate 8kun, Ron had a fairly nomadic childhood due to his father's service in the United States Army. His high school years were spent in Mukilteo, Washington, where he attended Kamiak High School and was known for his participation in choir and theatre activities.

Watkins embarked on a significant journey in his life by becoming the site administrator for 8kun, a platform linked to numerous controversial elements such as white supremacism, neo-Nazism, racism, and antisemitism. He served in this role from 2016 till November 2020, though there's been some debate about the authenticity of his resignation. (source)

He also played a role in propagating conspiracy theories surrounding the 2020 U.S. presidential election. (source)
