About	Undre Marcel Gormer “Silk” was born on July 26, 1972 in Dallas, Texas. He attend St. Elizabeth Catholic School, T.W. Browne Middle School, graduated from Justin F. Kimball High School in 1990 and attended Prairie View A&M University from 1990 to 1995 where he majored in Accounting. He enjoyed spending time with the Lord, wrestling with his mom, sports, movies, spending time with Chontale, playing dominoes, cards and PS2. His favorite color is Red, restaurant is Olive Garden and desert his mama chocolate cake. Undre gave his life to Christ at an early age. He was a member of United Pentecostal Temple COGIC for most of his life and after being a member at New Calvary Ministries and True Light Temple of Deliverance he returned to his church home. Undre worked for various City of Dallas department, at the time of his passing he was a Code Enforcement Inspector in Code Compliances. Undre married Tameka Haynes in October 2000 and to that union two children were born, Montana J. Gormer & Chontale M. Gormer. At the time of him passing he was divorced but they still remained friends. Undre was proceeded in death by: daughter Montana J. Gormer; grandfather Noah Gormer; grandmother Corrine “Lil’ Mama” Pullin; uncle Edward Lee Gormer and a host of other relatives. Undre is survived by: daughter, Chontale M. Gormer “Shoney”; mother Ida M. Reed; stepfather Joe E. Reed; father Larry Kelly; sister Shannon Reed Williams (Antone); brother Jason Reed; niece Alicia J. Williams “Binky”; grandmother Katie M. Hall; great-grandmother Hallie Freeman “Madea” ; godson Cristisn D. Gormer “DeBo”; aunts Briggie Williams, Linda Hogan (Roosevelt Jr.), Charlotte Gormer, Iris Long; step aunts Freddie Bowman and Annette Reed; uncles Norris Gormer (Brenda), James “Jill” Gormer (Dorothy “Dot”); step uncle Albert Davis; great aunts Lou Ann Sims “Aunt Pug”, Earle Freeman “Dottie”, great uncles Mance Freeman “Sonny”, Raymond Freeman (Annie), Roy Freeman (Jewel), Thomas Freeman (Billie), Robert Freeman “Robo” (Brenda), Lee Arthur Freeman “Ted” and Maurice Freeman; special cousins Orion Gormer (Harressa) & Tiffaney C.
