| About Me | quiet, speaks when it has meaning and substance, does not like tobacco smoke and public profanity used and especially in front of children. Enjoys day trips, walks, beaches, the countryside. I want to share an important discovery with you. In April of 2008 I was diagnosed with type II diabetes. I enjoy research and so I did plenty of it concerning diabetes. For my health, I began taking Nature Made soluable gels with a strengh of 200 IU each capsule. I began taking two gels in the morning and one in the evening for a daily amount of 600 IU. I began this daily regiman in mid June of 2009. In August of that same year, I began to notice that unlike before whereas I needed to have something to eat or drink every four hours, I noticed that it was noontime and I did not find it necessary for me to eat. I also noticed that I could go longer a number of hours without feeling faint due to low blood sugar. In other words, my pancreas had begun to work, and I felt that my blood cells were now absorbing the sugars and carbs like they are supposed to, then turning them into energy. No longer did I feel tired after eating. I acquired a new primary care physician in August last year. I immediately informed him about my findings with regards to vitamin E and my diabetes. He had ordered blood tests for me about 10 days prior to our first meeting. When it was the end of my appointment with my new PCP, he said to me that he had my lab work results. He began to read them to me. The blood pressure was very good. The bad cholesterol was 117, and my A1C had gone from 7.0 back in 2008, to 5.8 in August of last year. Anyone that has A1C readings below 6, does not have diabetes. The bottom line is, Vitamin E helped me conquer my diabetes. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE VITAMIN E IF YOU ARE ON ANY TYPE OF BLOOD THINNER. VITAMIN E THINS THE BLOOD. I hope that this info helps you with your diabetes. I am not a doctor, just a researcher age 62 who wants to stay healthy. My PCP and my nurse practioner know of my research, my vitamin and the results. They have made NO comment about my findings, but have chosen to remain silent, which tells me that they know that I have made a medical discovery, but they don't want to give me thumbs up. They are in the health care field, and they write prescriptions for diabetic meds, they authorize glucose meters and test strips for patients and they work and in hand with pharmaceutical companies. Did I just lay it our for ...(read more) |
