US Army Artillery from 1965-1967 on Active duty 1st Lt., 101st Airborne Division in Vietnam. Then came home to US Army Reserve unit in Columbus and Kenton, Ohio . Promoted to Captain in 1970 and resigned from Army in 1971 after a six year obligation. US Bronze Star with V Device, Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry with Silver Star.
