MELISSA R. CHURCHILL

Melissa was born December 15, 1971. She passed away suddenly on January 15, 2022.
Melissa was born and raised in Joliet and attended Cathedral of St.Raymond's School and Joliet Central High School. Melissa had been a Phlebotomist at Amita Health St. Joseph Medical Center and was a Certified Children's Dental Assistant.
She is survived by her Mother, Madonna R. Churchill, children Taylor R.Harmon, Jordyn M. Johnson, Carter J. Johnson, and many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
She is preceded in death by her Grandfather and Grandmother, Leon M. and Mary B. Churchill, Uncle David L. (Robin L.) Churchill.
Private Services were held at the Cathedral of St. Raymond's Nonnatus.
