| Favorite School Memory | Pride at being a member of the new JHS's Charter Class of '72! Stunt Night; Homecoming - building of floats; four years of going to all football games; we lost everyone!! Being in the play "Rebel Without a Cause." A bad winter one year (maybe '68-'69) and we had a whole week of snow days. Teachers: Mr. Flanagan, Mr. Page, Mr. Amore. (Miss Iafrate's shouting match with a student and her mom outside the cafeteria!) Double-sessions while in MS! We went to school from ~12:15 p.m. till ~5:15 p.m.! One winter day, when we were on the school buses to go home, it was of course dark outside. Earlier that day the school had put a curb along the border of the parking lot and grass. Since it was dark, most students never saw the curb. As they ran to get on the buses they tripped over the curb and were going down like bowling pins!
