| About Me | I have been married for 35 years to Ray. This is my second marriage. We have 3 children, John 42, Michael 40 and Raeann 34; 7 grandchildren and I just became a great-grandmother today 2-9-09. My husband retired in 1993 after 23 years in the Navy. We got to travel all over the US and we settled in Jacksonville, FL in 1993. I have been involved in NWCA (Navy Wives Clubs of America, Inc) since 1983 and became National President of the organization 1996-98. I currently am the National Treasurer. I medically retired from Civil Service in 2003 so I volunteer all the time. I just became part of a new group of ladies called "The Jacksonville Ladies". We just opened a new National Cemetery here in Jacksonville and I volunteer there 2-3 times per month to lend support to grieving family members who are burying their loved ones.
