About Me	Going to church doesn't make you a Christian any more than standing in a garage makes you a car. I retired after the 2008 school year after 29 years. I taught 7th and 8th grade math for about 10 years and transitioned over into Guidance for the remainder. I was at a middle school for 23 years and a high school for the rest. I have one wonderful daughter and son-in-law and I have one TERRIFIC grandson. Since I retired I have had arthritis problems and don't get around like I used to but I manage to keep slowly busy. LOL I had two black Cocker Spaniels. Roxie was the mother to Mallett. Unfortunately I went through one of my worst experiences in May 2011, when I had to put Mallett down. Roxie and I grieved for months and I still have bad days over it. Roxie and I are just getting old together. Now they are both gone and I have Charlie the Beagle and on May 6th or 7th 2012 I will be getting a female named Lucy. I do love dogs! They are...(read more)
