I have tried for 15 years to find the owner of this ring. I don’t have a last name, nor am I sure if it is a John Tyler ring. It has a lion mascot on it, as well it has a blue stone.

I have info about a lost John Tyler High School Senior Ring of 1985. An elderly lady in my church has a friend that has possession of the ring. She has had this ring for years, probably from the year 1985.

She saw a young girl somehow drop the ring. This person saw the ring fall and tried to catch the attention of the girl but she was gone before the person could let her know that she lost it. This lady picked it up and has kept up with this ring intending to try to find its owner. Now with the internet, we are hoping to do just that!

We think it is a boy's ring because it is so large. I has a blue stone and inside the ring are the initials :
C R R S.

Of the four letters inscribed on the ring, only the second R to the left is NOT circled. All the rest of the letters have a circle around them. At least I think that is what the lady has discribed. I had a senior ring and my initials were on the inside of the ring, so we are hoping that this ring can be identified.

The lady who has this ring has wanted to find the owner all these years. I told them that I would do my best to find the owner and maybe, just maybe he can have his ring back on his 25 year reunion. That would be great.

I don't have this ring, and have not seen it, but if you email me how to get in touch, I will get back with this lady and show her your email.

Please let me hear back one way or the other!!!!

Thanks,
Dale larry2348@yahoo.com
