About	VAN A. KING Wednesday, April 30, 2008 9:08 AM EDT Mr. Van A. King, 55, of Warrenton died Wednesday, April 23 at Pruitt Rehabilitation Center in Durham. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, April 29 at 1 p.m. at Greenwood Baptist Church by the Rev. Troy L. Dixon. Burial followed in the church cemetery. Mr. King is survived by one son, Cedric Jermal King of Columbus, Ga.; his stepfather, James Alston of Warrenton; six sisters, Loretta King Gordon of Warrenton, Betty King Anita-Obong of Charleston, S.C., Carolyn King Robinson and Geraldine King Young, both of Durham, Helen King Powell McGue of Waldorf, Md., and Pamela King Townsend of Raleigh; four brothers, James A. Daniels of Hempstead, N.Y., Michael L. King and George D. King, both of Raleigh, and William Allen King of Durham; two stepsisters, Sandra A. Goodley and Monique A. Terry, both of Warrenton; and two grandchildren. Arrangements were by Boyd's Funeral Services.
