| About Me | Things have really changed since HS. I'd make a few changes if I could do Jr. and Hi. school over again. :) I married my husband, Bob, in 1978 and we got saved in '79. He's a building designer who has since become a senior pastor. We have 2 grown daughters, one in Colorado the other in Hawaii. We're grandparents of a 5 year old grandson and a 1 year old granddaughter. I've been a waitress, a home-ec and art teacher, a PE and fitness instructor and body builder, a part time office assistant, and a draftsman, a worship leader and now work as a certified vocal instructor and a sr brand partner with Nerium intl. . I have a food blog and a worship/voice blog and I've been published. I've had horses, chickens, ducks, pigs, dogs and cats, snakes, lizards and tortoises, rabbits and guinea pigs, raised doves, parakeets and zebra finches and have had up to 300 birds at one time. After being"horseless" for over 20 years my husband bought me a horse for Christmas 2013. I love to cook wild game I get from my daughters who either hunt or have husband who hunt. I crochet and knit as hobbies and have a little Etsy shop. I've lost count of how many times I've been around the world. Personally, carried and delivered 75 New Testament Bibles to the Underground Church in China. Lived in Japan for a year as a missionary. Sang in England, Wales, China, Japan, Mexico, the US and most recently Sri Lanka. And for a time was a World Vision Vocal Artist. I've driven on the "wrong side" of the street. What a hoot! Swam in the French Mediterranean. I have the experience to tell you it's better than Hawaii! Had my picture taken with a Sumo Wrestler in Tokyo. That was weird. Eaten things I can't pronounce and aren't on your ordinary menu. Unknowingly ate dog once. I'll try almost anything once. Planted fruit trees on a mission in Mexico. Produced a CD you can listen to on Spotify, Google Play and MTV radio or find me on iTunes, CDBaby and on KWAVE, 107.9 in So Cal. I don't recognize the lady in the mirror anymore.... yikes! I spend too much time on the internet/computer. ---------------- A little past/present comparison In High School I was a flirt, to put it nicely, Today I'm a Pastors Wife. In HS I sang Rocky Mountain High, Today I sing about the Rock Of My Salvation In HS I thought I would end up being a horse trainer, Today I train up others in the way of the LORD. In HS I was insecure, Today I have eternal security. In HS I hid behind my guitar, Today I'm hidden in Christ. In HS I wanted to die, Today I have been raised into a New Life.
