Louis was a John Ehret Band member from 1999-2003. He is currently the Executive Sous Chef for Al Copeland Investiments. He is a graduate of Delgadgo Comminity College and is currently attending The University of New Orleans majoring in Business marketing. He is te longest Chef to be appointed in the 26 year history of Al Copeland Investiments history
