Sandy Standefer was taken by cancer in Beaumont, California, at the age of 61. As a high school senior, she was a cheerleader. She went on to graduate from CSU Los Angeles and work as a registered nurse for 39 years. You can read her obituary in the San Bernardino County Sun.
