About	Wesley James Coverdill was shot to death in North Hollywood at age 23. Wes was a gifted natural athlete and a member of the track team his senior year. He and Rich Callahan were both were killed by the bartender at the Joynt Bar in North Hollywood. A news story in the Long Beach Independent gives scant details.
