About Me	I took Chemical Engineering at Queen's and after 2nd year transferred to Petroleum Engineering at University of Alberta, graduating in 1960. After graduation I worked as an engineer and engineering manager for Amoco Petroleum for 20 years. In 1980 I accepted a job as GM of Production for Petro Canada. Somewhere in these first years (actually 1964) I married Wendy Carruthers of Calgary and we had 4 sons in rapid succession. In 1992 I retired from Petro Canada and set up Bryden Petroleum Consultants. I consulted in Western Canada, Russia, Kazahkstan, Pakiststan, Kuwait and briefly in Indonesia and China.
