Years ago there was a small magazine published in St. Louis that was called Heart to Heart. (this was way before personal computers). I was divorced and had a small child and wanted to date, but did not have the time or the ability to do so due to my work and home schedules........so I picked up a copy of that magazine. It was a Christian magazine for people looking to meet other people. They boasted that they had several marriages that resulted from their publication. I got brave and placed a personals ad. I did meet and date several people. They were always dates in a public place over a simple meal with no strings. On one such date, I met my future second husband and we have been together now since 1985 (30 years in 2015). He was living way south in Barnhart and my child and I were living way north near DePaul Hospital. Now, you know someone who found love through a dating site. Me!
