About Me	One semester at University of Montevallo Secretary at Brown Moulding Company, Steel City Lumber Company, Young's Aluminum Company and Southern Natural Gas, 2 and a half years at the University of Alabama, secretary to Joel Sogel, attny at law, Medical Transcriptionist, Cocktail waitress at first disco in Tuscaloosa, U. S. Navy - 8 years, elected Sailor of the Quarter in Panama, canoed 13 miles down the Chagres River and my future husband was one of my canoe mates, lived in Republic of Panama, Virginia, Sicily, Germany, Virginia, Korea, Nebraska; visited many more countries; married and had three children; became a Christian in 1982, taught children's Sunday School, Children's Choir, directed Vacation Bible School, Directed Children's and Youth choir, became Protestant Program Director at the Army chapel in Seoul, Korea, substitute taught for 8 years, finished my Bachelor's degree in Omaha, Nebraska, taught Language Arts in a Middle School for 7 years, finished Master's Degree at University of Nebraska Omaha, became a Library Media Specialist for the same school, wrote and directed my first school play, directed many others, was Department Head of Language Arts Dept, served on Middle Level Focus Committee, Secondary Book Review Committee, Excels Plus Planning Committee, Kappa Kappa Iota Teacher's Organization chapter president twice, I now am the state president of the Nebraska Kappa Kappa Iota organization, published twice for teaching ideas and lesson plans, guest singer at various churches around the world, coached t-ball and youth soccer, happily married for 27 years, raised t...(read more)
