About Me	I was raised in Jeffersontown,Kentucky and attented Jeffersontown High school,I went on to work for General Electric for over thirty years ,while there I met my frist husband Steve Perkins. We were married in 1972 and had two children,A son named Steven and a daughter named Lori.I also have a son by the name of Tag that I had before I met my husband Steve.We were married for thirty years when in 2002 my husband died of cancer.In 2003 I met a wonderful man by the name of Tom Byers through mutual friends at Churchill Downs.He also worked at G.E but I never knew him there even though we had many of the same friends.On Valentines Day 2004 we were married in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee ,along with several of our dearest friends attending. Between the two of us we have six grown children and eleven grandchildren.We ejoy them all but can't seem to get them together all at the same time.They are scattered all aroud from Louisville,Indiana and Willmington,North Carolina. My husband and I enjoy Antique car shows and attending Rod runs.He has a 1934 Dodge pickup that we have alot of fun in!! I have a 2007 Corvette that we also drive to the shows.We have met alot of wonderful people and friends at the Rod Runs and Car shows .It brings back alot of memories listening to the oldies music and just sitting around outside drinking a beer or whatever you drink and meeting new people and even better seeing people you haven't seen in ages!! We live in Taylorsville, right on the Jefferson,Bullitt,Spencer county line.We have a home on just an acre , have two dogs ,A King Charles Cavalier and a Mix Border collie /Austrailian Shepherd. Tom and I are retired now and enjoying whatever life has to offer.I would love to hear from my friends that I have not kept up with over the years.So fee...(read more)
