About Frank attended Balboa HS and Woodrow Wilson HS where he graduated in 1964. He was married to Joan for 44 years and has two children, Sheri and Bill and six grandchildren. Frank was a mechanist and owned a Christmas Tree Lot for 28 years on Bayshore/Silver Ave, SF. He also owned Driveshafts by Frank Wallace, Elkhorn Towing and built a beautiful extension onto his parents home across from McLaren Park. Frank was a very smart and mechanical person.
