| About | Robert J. "Bob" Leddon, 62, of West Lafayette, died at 7:38 a.m. Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at I.U. Health Arnett. Born October 1, 1948 in Lafayette, he was the son of the late John "Jack" and Junia Rogers Leddon. He was a graduate of Lafayette Jefferson High School. He was an Army veteran. On December 12, 1970 he married Penny Garrison and they later divorced. Mr. Leddon was a member of Labors and Hod Carriers #274. He was a life long member, and current Adjutant of the American Legion Post #492 in West Lafayette, Legion Riders, and a life long member of ABATE where he volunteered with MDA Fund Drives, answering phones, distributing canisters, and riding in motorcycle fund rides. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and riding his motorcycle. Surviving is a son, Brett Leddon (fianc?e, Alice Eldridge), a daughter, Amy Ellison, and a step-son, Christopher Garrison (wife, Katie) all of Lafayette. Also surviving are five grandchildren: Whitney, Meghan, Chelsey, Jordan, and Emily. He was preceded in death by a brother, John Leddon. Memorial visitation will take place on Saturday, August 6, 2011 from noon to 3:00 PM at American Legion Post #492, 4929 St. Road 43 North, West Lafayette.
