Former JHS Principal Needs to Hear From You

I am Jeff Kessler, oldest son of long-time JHS principal, Raymond Kessler. For 36 years, in the 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's dad worked for the students at Jefferson.
I want to spread the word among the alumni, that dad has entered into the last phase of his life. Dementia has its tentacles around his brain, and is gradually taking him down.
What sparks his brain are memories. Would you have one to share? He loves getting mail. He can still read, and he recognizes names and events. If you are so inclined, he would enjoy hearing from you. Write about an incident where you crossed paths with dad: funny, helpful, dramatic, poignant, significant, memorable, meaningful. Did he have an impact on you and/or your education or personal growth? What are you doing now?
