About Me	I worked at Vanity Fair for six months. I went to Jeff Davis for one year. Obie and I got married Feb. 1,1974 which has been the best decision of my life. We are very blessed and life with Obie just keeps getting better. I worked at the tag office for two years and I was a Teachers Aide for two years at Jay Elementay. We had our first child [Derrek] May 26th [on my birthday] 1976. Our daughter Amanda July 5, 1978 and our daughter Lauren Aug. 7, 1982. We now have five precious grandchildren. So I stayed home and raised the children and took care of the home while Obie worked for ExxonMobil for 36 years. He has now retired and has started his on consulting company.
