About Me	Born and raised in central Indiana. Moved to Arizona in 1993 starting a life living in the wild west. I ventured 1700 miles away from family and friends. My journey has given me the opportunity to meet many people from a long range of cultures. Many of whom are now my closest friends giving me a family away from home. The greatest pleasure is the knowledge I have learned from a few mentors along the way. I have been humbled to understand the true meaning of family, friends, and love. Patience and virtue are lessons I am still learning. I have loved and been loved. I have lost love and gained love in many ways. The hardest lesson for me is learning how to heal a broken heart. That time has come, although still wounded, I know I am beginning to heal the moment I hugged my children, my grandaughter, my sisters, my mother, my brother, and my best friend. My sisters daughter had a saying on her door. the first thing I read as I returned home, that says, "Everything in life ends. somethings in life just end sooner." The words may seem harsh although, in reality are true of life. I have been told I am an over achiever. . I have been given the wisdom to care for and have empathy towards another. I know my smile and or my words can give another joy or sorrow. I am learning how to say no every day and you know every day it gets easier. I know now how to stand up fro my rights and what I believe in. Respect and trust you must earn it. Never expect it, I also know that people and so called friends will violate you when you are most vulnerable. Some might say I am in anger. Maybe I am, Maybe I'am not. I believe that to succeed in customer satisfaction means that you must first exceed a customers expectations and go above and beyond to gain that satisfaction.
