Favorite School Memory	I loved being a "band geek" :-) Say what you will, but I gained a lot of discipline, determination and pride from being a part of the JHS marching band and to this day I accomplish whatever I set my sights on because I am not afraid to work for it--even if it means giving up my summers (band camp!) or discovering a million ways to do it "wrong" before finally getting it "right" with the pressure of not wanting to let everyone else down looming over you the entire time! My greatest friendships were within that group of people and it was one of the only lessons I learned in school that I could later apply to the "real world". ...(read more)
About Me	I married my soul mate, Don, in August of 1995 and we have been blessed with three beautiful children--Kaitlyn Elizabeth (now 11), Jacob Andrew (now 8) and Emily Grace (now 5) Moved to SC in 2000 where I worked as a Director of Acquisitions for a Chicago based REIT for seven years. Went on to start my own Real Estate Investment company in 2007 and most recently began a development corporation in the Greenville SC area where my first projects have been on Lake Keowee as well as launching one of the first major commercial developments on Lake Greenwood. I hold my Brokers and PMIC licenses along with an NALP designation and published my first book on Emerging Markets and Real Estate Investment Strategies in 2006. However, my children are my greatest accomplishment, and all my proudest moments, my every hope and all my dreams are realized through them.
