About Me	Moved to Hollywood after RIT, worked in the movie business for 20th Century Fox. Won an Academy Award for Technical Achievement in 1972 (see photos). Prepared a multi-million dollar bid to manage all photo related activities at Cape Canaveral for the U.S. Air Force. (Stood underneath the space shuttle on the launch pad before its first flight. That was impressive.) Managed a major professional film lab in Redwood City, California for 7 years where we developed the first pictures received from the original Mars lander. Sold photo processing equipment in 12 western states for four years. General Manager for one hour photo equipment manufacturer Noritsu America Corp for the southeast U.S. in Dallas for five years, northeast U.S. in New Jersey for five years. Opened an average of one new small business per day for ten years. Quit working for the man at 45. Living by my wits since. The best thing I ever did was to have a daughter. She is a lawyer and much smarter than me I had my first grandchild in April of 2019. ...(read more)
