I'm still active after over 36 years. Now a Vice Admiral stationed in Brussels, Belgium as the US Representative to NATO. Commanded two ships and our Naval Forces in Korea. Son Chris is a Navy LCDR. Graduated from Florida State U in 1972 and commissioned through OCS.

After graduation i went to bootcamp in Sc. stationed in Ca. with WPNS 2/5 (infantry) for 4 yrs. i went reserve and got sent to Iraq in 03 in the initial wave. after a year in Iraq i got out and went back to Ca and worked for the Rose Parade before becoming Law Enforcement.

Was a bit shot up during Tet Offensive and was retired due to wounds in February 1969 after a year in the hospital. It was a short career but I miss the Marine Corps and the men with whom I served, always will..

Was German translator seeking East Block and Soviet Union secrets , especially those involving imminent war possibilities during Years of Regan presidency. Post military, remained in West Berlin 10+ yrs to work as civilian with secret status, one level down from TS. Today? No more secrets...just old, a bit grey, happy family man with 3 lovely, wonderful daughters :)

Duty with armor battalion on inter-German border. Foreign Area Officer for Japan/NE Asia. Chief intel assessment and planning cell for Desert Storm.
