| About Me | I'm a grandmother to Nathan Allen Scott, he's the love of my life. I was born at Mercy Hospital in San Diego, Ca, to George and Sara Laundy. I went to Ocean Beach Elem., Hawthorne Elem, Einstien Jr. High, and in 1974 I graduated from Madison High School. I married Philip Burton in June of 1976, we had a son Michael in 1978. We parted ways in 1982. In Sept 1984, I married Mark Israels and in Oct of 1985 we had a son, Travis, the following Oct. we packed up and left San Diego and moved to Reno, NV. Nov of 1988 we had another son, Mark and finally in Apr of 1991 I finally had that little girl, I always wanted, Ashley Marie. Life was good until Feb on 1995, when doctors found a 15 pound tumor in Mark's chest. After nine years of battling cancer Mark passed away February 20, 2004 at the age of 41. Dave and I have been together now for seven years, he's a wonderful man. Dave and I got married 11/11/11 at the chapel in The Sands I know the heartache and pain of losing a child.
