I was the the moment Bobby became a vegetable for the rest of his life. We just happened to be rounding the corner toward Anderson Elementary. My Dad performed CPR on him and got him breathing. I only vaguely knew Billy and Bobby as they were older than me. Sandy and Candy were a couple years younger. I remember an article in the paper 15 years after the incident about his Mom visiting him almost every day. What a shame. My heart goes out to the fam n friends.
