About John Bonza was a Math teacher, coach at Rhodes for 25 years winning many awards. He then taught at Holy Name High School for 18 years. Part time counselor at CCC for 35 years, taught math there for 5 semesters. One of the greatest teachers.

I was 17 or 18 when I met Mr. Bonzo and all of us girls thought he was so handsome and so smart. He continued to be part of our class 1961 for many years coming to our reunions. He will be remembered fondly by his students who loved him and respected him.
