JHS Class of 1990 20-Year Class Reunion You are invited to join in the celebration of our 20-Year Class Reunion. The following schedule outlines the weekend�s festivities. We have highlighted in red the items that require action on your part in advance of the reunion weekend. Where: Jacksonville, N.C. When: July 9-11, 2010 � Friday, July 9th from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. (Adults Only) An Informal Gathering at Ducks Bar and Grill. We will have a Private Room for our Class and their invited guests with appetizers and a cash bar. We are welcome to stay beyond 9 p.m. when our private room will open to the public. Included in your reunion fee are appetizers and drinks up to a pre-determined $ amount. � Saturday, July 10th from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. (Children Welcome) A Family Get Together at Northeast Creek Park. Lunch catered by Smithfield Chicken and BBQ will be served between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.. Everyone is welcome to stay at the park beyond 1 p.m. We will simply have to be clear of the covered picnic area by 1 p.m. Included in your reunion fee are lunch and drinks for you and your immediate family members. � Saturday, July 10th from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. (Adults Only) The Main Event at Jacksonville Country Club. We will have appetizers from 6-7 p.m. with a buffet dinner served at 7 p.m. The dinner menu includes beef, chicken and fish as well as many delicious sides and desserts. A full service bar will be open throughout the event. A select Band and/or DJ will provide entertainment throughout the evening. Included in your reunion fee are the appetizers, dinner buffet, beer and wine (liquor drinks will be available via a cash bar), music entertainment, and a small memento of our Reunion. Cost: $65 Per Adult ($130 per Couple) - No Additional Cost for Children at the Saturday Lunch Please make your check payable to Edward Denning and mail to 909 Mordecai Drive, Raleigh, N.C., 27604 on or before June 25th. We have made every effort to provide for a very nice event with multiple opportunities to reconnect your classmates at a reasonable and all inclusive price. Your money will be deposited directly into a JHS 1990 Account. This is an account we have had since our 10-Year Reunion. Please rest assured that any unused funds will be maintained in this account and used towards any future class events. It is not our intention to have significant funds left over. Attendance: We need to determine attendance for each of the weekend�s events. By June 25th, please complete the survey on the JHS 1990 20-Year Reunion site and/or complete the attached attendance survey as to who will attend and how many will be in your party (including the number of children attending the Family Get Together at Northeast Creek Park for lunch on Saturday.) Lodging: You are responsible for booking your own lodging. Please do so ASAP. We have blocked a group of rooms at two hotels in Jacksonville � with special group rates. Rates and contact information are listed below. Please note the dates these room blocks expire. � Baymont Inn & Suites � Group rate of $75.65/night plus tax available through June 7, 2010.
