Saturday, July 17th JY School Drive – The Class of ’85 will host a back to school drive (school supplies, uniforms, etc) benefiting the students of JY. Location: Jack Yates School – 3703 Sampson, Houston, TX 77004 – 10 am – 2 pm (Family friendly) Saturday, July 17th Saturday Night Blast from the Past – Massa’s Seafood Grill – 1331 Lamar St. Houston, TX 77010 – 7:00 p.m – 11:00 p.m. Join us as we go back down memory lane; a night full of memories from 1985, open buffet and music. The attire is black and white. (Adult atmosphere) Sunday, July 18th – Church service at Good Hope Missionary Baptist Church – 3015 N. MacGregor Way, Houston,TX 77004 Services begin at 10:00 a.m. Let us worship together as a family. (Family friendly) Sunday, July 18th – Picnic in the Park – Tom Bass Park, Section III- Pavilion #4 – Festivities begin at 12 noon – 6:00 p.m. Bring the family to the park and we’ll show them how we party and good time – JY style. Sunday, July 18th Old School Skate Night – Almeda Skate Center – 10750 Almeda Genoa, Houston,TX 77034 – 8:00 p.m. – 12 midnight Taking it back to the “Old School†- Let’s Bounce, Rock, Skate & Roll like we use to.
