About	Lynn Marie Giesting, 55, of Rushville, passed away at 8:45 PM, Sunday, April 26th, 2009 peacefully at her residence. Lynn was born in Greensburg, IN on November 12, 1953, the daughter of the late Arthur and Georgia (Joiner) Bredewater, her mother of Rural Greensburg survives. She married Thomas J Giesting June 12, 1976 and he survives. She graduated from Jac-Cen-Del High School in 1972. She received a BA in Mathematics from Purdue University in 1976. She was a high School math teacher for Rush Consolidated High School. Her memberships include the Indiana Teachers Association, Noble Niters Home Ec. Club and St. Mary Catholic Church and Sodality in Rushville. In addition to her mother and husband, Lynn is survived by two sons Paul (wife Karen) Giesting of Indianapolis & Robert Giesting of Rushville; two brothers, John (wife Diane) Bredewater of Kokomo & Larry (wife Sandy) Bredewater of Greensburg; one aunt Urma Puttman of Greensburg; She is also survived by eight nieces & one nephew. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am on Thursday, April 30th, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Rushville, with Rev. Bill Turner officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Rushville. Friends are invited to call Wednesday from 2 to 8pm at Todd Funeral Home. There will be a Rosary Service at 8PM Memorials may be made to St. Mary Church Foundation 512 N. Perkins St. Rushville, IN 46173 or Rush County Relay for Life.
