Helicopter carrier USS Iwo Jima. Was in Beirut Lebanon in 1983 was part of the multinational peacekeeping force was part of the Marine barracks bombing. Was part of the rescue and recovery mission.

I didn't officially graduate in 79 but that was the last year I attended Tucker.I completed my high school diploma in the Marine Corps. Randall Fleming and I joined the Marines together on the buddy program.
We trained together. I carried his wife's casket.
I carried his casket Randall and I were friends for his entire life. I think that sums up my service.
