Dr. Thomas Wade Jenkins II (Tom)
Class of 1987
After getting his undergrad at JMU, he received his Master's and EDS degrees. He married in 1993, to Alethea Jenkins. She is the owner of Jenkins Pre-school Academy in Wilmington NC. .
Tom returned to Va and got his doctorate at UVA. Also their second child, Kyla Madigan. SHe joined her brother, Keir Thomas.
He left Va and moved to Wilmington NC, where his a school Phy. He also has his own business Education Consulants. He is also on the board at JPA.
He has authored a book which is used throuhgt to USA. "When Your Child Struggles in School"
