Hello everyone I wanted to touch base with you about our upcoming reunion. I don't mean to sound aggressive, but we base our count off of those individuals who signed up and said that you were coming. Several members of the reunion board have literally come out of pocket to pay for deposit and different things like that. Last count we had a total of 16 people who actually signed up and paid; however, our original count says that we have 61 committed to coming. If we don't receive payment by Friday, we will have no other choice but to cancel the reunion altogether and that means those of us who have put up deposits will lose our money because people are not following through with their commitment. Please, if you said you were definitely coming please fill out the form and pay no later than Friday. If we don't have at least 50 people paid by Friday then we will have no choice but to cancel the reunion. Thanks for your time.

Reminder that the committee is needing those who are coming to the reunion to pre-pay. The deadline was for September 15th in order to pay deposits for the venue and band. Also, an order for the shirts has to be placed a head of time. Those can not be a last minute item. We would never turn anyone away if they sign up after deadline!! We were just hoping to have those that said they were attending to pay beforehand. Hoping to see everyone soon!!! The links will be attached below. If you need help or have questions please ask them in the email mentioned below.

Dear Classmates,

The links are posted for our 30th Reunion. You will be able to read and save the dates for all the activities October 14-17th. There is also a link to fill out the registration form. Once the form is filled in and sent to our committee email address that is mentioned on the registration form, then you will receive a request for payment. That amount will be what you filled in on the form.

The Reunion Committee is excited to see our friends and classmates.

The deadline is set for September 15th in order to pay deposits due. Thank you for signing up by that date!!!
