| About Me | After high school, went to college and graduate school. Worked for the City for over 26 years at Muni and SFO. I retired early in 2010 and was awarded a Ph.D. at a major Australian university in 2013...with a full scholarship from Down Under. Before graduating, I accepted an adjunct teaching position at a major state university in the Midwest in 2013-2014. I later accepted a full-time position as an Assistant Professor at a major private university in Saudi Arabia teaching and researching on airport planning, management and operations. After 3 years in Saudi Arabia, I accepted a position as Associate Professor and Department Chair at the Modern College of Business and Science in Muscat, Oman teaching and researching in the area of transportation issues...all the while still spending 30 days vacation in our home in Kansas City, MO.
