| About Me | Blessed beyond measures. Can't even explain how blessed. Loving the Lord and loving my wonderful husband, who is beyond any blessing I thought I would ever receive! I thank God each day for my life with Wylie and how much the Lord loves us so!!!!!!!! I have worked for Mary Kay Incorporated for almost 17 years. Love it and love working with the sales force motivating, educating and helping them build their areas. Very fun job! I am married to a wonderful man who I feel like I was born to love. Wylie and I love to just get up and go and do whatever we want to do.....love to travel, love to sleep late, love to just do nothing some times. You can do that when you don't have kiddos!!! Unforunately, my life changed 3 years ago when a lot of this had to stop due to a rare disease I have called Arnold Chiari. The last 3 years have taken a toll on my life and if I would not have had the Lord and my husband right there beside me, I would not have made it. I have had 2 brain surgeries since June 16th of this year and still recovering at home. We did not plan on the second one, but by surprise....I unforunately had to have it. I'm recovering after having the second one 3 weeks ago and hope to go back to work in December. I would not wish this on anyone........Arnold Chiari is one of the most rare diseases there is and there is not enough awareness out there about it. One out of 10,000 people have it and don't even know they have it. I sure didn't know I was born with it until I was 24. Never knew it would affect me like it did until my late 30's........But, I'm a survivor, a believer and I know with God, all things are possible. I refuse to let this...(read more) |
