About Me	I started college at UTEP and worked varies jobs (Furr's Supermarket, Arby's and Taco Bell). I became a Policeman in El Paso in 1974 and made Detective in 1978. I graduated from UTEP in 1977. Married Elsa Loustaunau (Loretto '74) in 1978. She passed away of ovarian cancer on November 15, 2017, after being married 39 years 7 months and one week. Went to work for ATF in 1978, Secret Service in 1983, and returned to ATF, all in Houston, TX. Transferred to El Paso in 1986. Became the supervisor of ATF in El Paso and retired in 2008. My daughter Christine is a PHd. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Missouri (Columbia) and is now a professor at Boise State University. My son Matthew graduated from UTEP with a degree in Communications and works for Direct TV. Boy Scout Leader Baseball Umpire (High School, Jr. College, NCAA Divison I Western Athletic Conference (WAC) and the American Association of Independent Professional Baseball-El Paso Diablos) High School Football Official Backpacking (My wife and I have completed 14 fifty mile hikes and canoe trips in Alaska, Hawaii...(read more)
