About Me	47 year old Professional in Portland . Professional what you ask? My current areas of Profession are: Corporate Education and Music (vocal and instrumental) I work hard and seldom have time for nonsense. (usually averaging about 60 hours a week between my commitments). I have a wonderful loving husband, a caring family, and a lot of friends. I was raised in the burbs of Minneapolis. I was lucky, I didn't have a bad childhood, I was afforded many opportunities others were not, even though my family was not wealthy. I was raised to have a very strong work ethic, a good sense of humor, a quick smile, and a gracious nature. I have had "dark times" in my past, weight issues my whole life, bad relationships, less than desired results from education, etc. But the one thing I've learned in my 47 years more than anything is that sometimes life throws curve balls. Sometimes things just don't work out the way you planned, but if you can't adapt, if you can't be flexible, and FIND a new way of doing something with a better result, you might as well check your self into a funny farm.
