Favorite School Memory	Working on homecoming floats, gymnastics meets, Mr Debelak's classes (maybe I didn't "love them at the time but now I realize what an incredible teacher and human being he was).
About Me	Taught middle school science for 6 years then (happily) left teaching to raise two daughters. Worked part time for 15 years at a Middlesex Community College, tutoring science courses until 2000, when I took a full time position in the academic counseling department. After 5 years there I accepted the position of Junior and Senior Class Dean at Brandeis University, my alma mater. Three years later, in 2008, I made the difficult decision to leave Brandeis to be able to spend more time with my mother, who had a brain tumor and was declining rapidly. It was the right decision and I treasure being able to spend more time with her that last year of her life. My father passed away in 2015 from pancreatic cancer and Parkinsons'. We relocated to Pittsburgh in 2024 to be close to family and are still learning our way around the city. After 50 wonderful years in the Boston area, it is nice to be back in the Midwest, with friendly people and a slower pace of life. We try fly to Seattle several times a year to visit our other daughter and grandson. Bob is still working (far too much) and travels a lot.
