About Me	My user name is Dick. I am from Ionia, Michigan. After getting a degree in accounting and finance in 1963 I joined an international accounting firm in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I became a partner in 1975 and later became a member of their Board of Directors. While serving as a partner, my travel covered the United States and parts of Europe. That, combined with a marriage to a woman of Irish descent, resulted in many trips to Ireland. In 2005, I retired and now reside in Grand Rapids, Michigan and Bonita Springs, Florida. My primary interests today includes travel, golf, investment strategies and writing. My first (and maybe last) book should be published in July 2011.
