About Me	I just went back to using my "real" name on FB now that my kids are all out of high school. FaceBook is for my family, friends, colleagues and peers, but not my classroom students. I achieved my dream goals of being a wife, mom and a teacher long ago. No regrets-pure joy-I wouldn't trade it for the world. Even tho I'm older I still have dreams and goals, however. One day I would like to be professionally published...in print or on film. I was e-published once and paid, and published once time in a local suburban press paper, Recently, Xavier University published some of my creative writing work in their campus literary magazine. In November, 2010, I placed 3rd / 200+ entries with a short short story / excerpt from my book about being an adopted kid. The contest was at www.Scinti.com. I was adopted as a baby, grew up in a very traditional, American way, my family underwent many changes, reinvented themselves, and I along with the rest of my family re-emerged by searching for and finding my birth relatives! Another wonderful choice I made with no regrets. I have this way, huge family between all my adoptive, birth and in-law relatives. It's awesome.
