About	Monday, December 16,1974 — Oelwein (IA) Daily Register Services Tuesday for young Jesup mother INDEPENDENCE (Special) — A young mother of two from Jesup died Saturday morning at the Schoitz Memorial Hospital,Waterloo, as a result of injuries received in a traffic accident near Jesup November 23. She is Susan Ellen Stone, 24, a former resident of Independence. Her car ran into a roadside ditch Nov. 23. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Mason-Hawe Chapel, Indpendence, with the Rev. Bernard G. Olson officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hope cemetery, Hastings on the Hudson, N.Y. Friends may call at the request of the family at the funeral home 6-9 p.m., Monday and 1-7 p.m. Tuesday. Surviving are two sons: Michael, 5, and Eric, 2; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Fields, Independence; a grandmother, Mrs. Andrew Fields,New York, N.Y. d. Saturday, December 14, 1974
