INDEPENDENCE
Judy C. Armstrong, 51, died Thursday, Aug. 23, 2001, in East Towne Manor, Independence, following a long illness. Graveside memorial services: 1 p.m. Monday, Wilson Cemetery, Independence. There will be no visitation. Reiff Funeral Home, Independence, is in charge of arrangements. Survivors include her father, Jack Cornnelius of Delhi; and two sisters, Barb Cirese of Solon and Debbie Hickey of Lakeland, Fla.; and two brothers, Steve Cornelius of Kansas and Craig Cornelius of Waterloo. Memorials may be directed to the University of Iowa Foundation for the Children's Hospital of Iowa, PO Box 4550, Iowa City, IA 55240-4550.
