Dawn E. Temple, age 59, of Chillicothe, passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2026 at her home.
Dawn was born on August 2, 1966 in Peoria, IL to Delmar Dean and Wava L. (Allen) Temple.
Surviving is her son, James (Morgan Adcock) Temple of Chillicothe, IL; her mother, Wava Temple of Chillicothe, IL; her siblings, Debie (Mac McDougall) Williamson of Pekin, IL, Denise Passage of Chillicothe, IL and Danny (Jill Aldridge) Wood of Indiana; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her father and her brother-in-law, Lonnie Williamson.
Dawn loved her family and her beloved cat, Jazz.
Cremation rites will be accorded and services will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at 10am at Chillicothe First United Methodist Church with visitation beginning at 9am. Burial will follow at Chillicothe City Cemetery.
