He is survived by his sons, Cameron Blaine of Dixon, Illinois, and Tyler Blaine of Phoenix, Arizona; three sisters; one brother; mother; and grandchildren. Mark was a painter for many years in Arizona. He was also a U.S. Air Force Veteran.
