About	Sheila Marie Kircher, 50 of Pekin passed away at 11:17 a.m. Saturday, May 25, 2013 at her home. Born November 28, 1962 in Peoria to Frank and Barbara (Wilson) Radley, she married Bill Kircher on December 18, 1999 in Pekin. He survives. Also surviving are her father and step-mother Shirley of Chillicothe; four daughters, Amber Blunier-Cloyd, Amanda Blunier, Jamie Kircher and Jeannie Kircher, all of Pekin; seven grandchildren, Jordan, Jacob, Jenna, Ryan, Ashlyn, Alahna, Nathan and five brothers, Frank, Scott, Kenny, Ronnie and Charlie.
