Ronald Nicholas Traver, 52, of Chillicothe died on March 15, 2014 at Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
He was born in Peoria on March 2, 1962 to Ronald E. and Judith Mae (Dunbar) Traver. He married Sue Frith in Mesa, Arizona on August 9, 1991.
Surviving are his wife and parents, one son, Jeremiah Traver of Chillicothe and two daughters, Micheilei Traver of Chillicothe and Marisa (Cory) Giles of East Peoria. Also surviving are his brother, James (Dee Buttrun) Traver of Spring Bay, and one granddaughter, Rozavella Mae Traver.
Ron was a U.S. Army Veteran serving from 1980-1983
Ron worked for Western Yeast Company in Chillicothe for 8 years, last working in February of 2009.
Ron was an avid nature lover, enjoying camping, flower gardening, and being outdoors. He will be dearly missed by his furry friend and companion, Arthur.
